“We are all just walking each other home” – Ram Dass
I see my yoga practice as a reflection of life, where I meet my preferences, my challenges and my fears, but also experience space, freedom and interconnectedness. The practice helps me to feel grounded, at easy with what is, at home with myself in this world.
Mona is warm, graceful and caring, her classes are lovely, harmonious and inspiring.
To me, yoga is home with the source of all things – God, where one feels blissfully at peace. As Shri Brahmananda Saraswati said, “It is a state where you miss nothing”. The yogic path has always been calling upon me since I was a child to walk on. I look at life as a universal flow of energy. I believe that if one works along with the energy, life can be cosmically harmonious. My yoga practice brings me a lot of happiness and I am forever grateful for that.
Rianne is integer, caring and calm, her classes are dynamic, peaceful and warm.
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self” – Bhagavad Gita
“We carry inside us the wonders we seek outside us” – Rumi
Yoga taught me how to consciously feel my body and how to observe my thoughts. It taught me, and teaches me, how to look and act with love and compassion at myself and others. It ensures that I feel connected to everything and everyone and it makes me feel very humble and grateful.
